BOOSTER FEES

Olympian Choir $75/yr Payment due September 15, 2021

Siren Serenade $150/yr First payment of $50 due June 1, 2021

Center Stage $500/yr First payment of $100 due June 1, 2021

Payments (cash or check) can be turned into the Performing Arts TA, Shelley Walker, or mailed to: Columbus East Choral Parents PO Box 1792, Columbus, IN 47202-1792 or you can drop payments off in the East HS main office. Please put “East Choir” on the envelope. Do NOT give payments to Mr. Budd.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE W/BOOSTER FEES

You MUST be on free/reduced lunch and book fee assistance to qualify for 50% scholarship of fees. Your enrollment in this program will be checked and confirmed before any assistance will be given. Please fill out the “Financial Assistance Application” if you meet this requirement.

Orders and money (cash or check made out to Columbus East Choral Parents) due Wednesday, May 26. Additional Little Caeser’s pizza kit order forms are in the choir room at East and Mr. Budd will have some at Central. If you have out of town people that want to order online the numbers you need are:

Scrip Mobile App Update

If you haven’t yet signed up for the Scrip Program, it is one of the easiest ways to fund raise for our organization. PLEASE CLICK HERE for details. If you have already signed up, note that Scrip has recently updated their mobile app. Most of the gift cards can be purchased and used electronically, no need to write checks or wait for physical gift cards.
