UPCOMING FUNDRAISERS

Little Caesars Pizza Kits: April 24 – May 17, 2023:  

Order forms/money due: Wednesday, May 17, 2023.  Online sales/payment can continue until May 19th.  Cash or checks made payable to Columbus East Choral Parents (CECP).  Delivery/pick up will be the week of June 5th at CEHS band room.  Will potentially get $6.00 per item sold.  We would like every member to sell 10 items.  Money raised can be directly applied to your student’s 2024 New York trip or the general fund*.  

4-H Fair Booth: June 23 – July 1, 2023

The Boosters will be running a food booth at the 4-H fair.  Both adults and students will be needed to work the booth.  Hours worked will be applied to your volunteer hours.  There will be morning and evening shifts, so plenty of spots for everyone.  A sign up link will be sent out closer to time.

Pick A Date to Donate: July 24 – September 5, 2023

Friends and family can support your choir member by sponsoring a day or days or weeks on a calendar.  Example: sponsor August 20th and pay $20 or sponsor August 1st and 19th and pay $20.  Cash or check made payable to Columbus East Choral Parents (CECP).  Money raised can be directly applied to your student’s 2024 New York trip or the general fund*. 

Detergent/Trash Bag Sale: Begins in October and ends in October/November and March/April

Students will sell 5 gallon buckets of laundry detergent, dish detergent, and fabric softener, as well as laundry pods, trash bags and dish pods.  Will potentially earn $8 per item sold.  Cash or check made payable to Columbus East Choral Parents (CECP). Money raised can be directly applied to your student’s 2024 New York trip or the general fund*. 

Columbus East Sport Concessions

During football and basketball season, we have the opportunity to work the concession stands and get paid for working them.  We get a percentage of the profits from the stands.  Money raised can be directly applied to your student’s 2024 New York trip or the general fund*. 

2nd Annual Columbus East Show Choir Invitational: Saturday, February 3, 2024

This is a show choir competition that we host.  It takes everyone’s help to make it a success.  We will need help setting up Friday the night before the event and then ALL day Saturday.  Hours worked will be applied towards your volunteer hours.  More information to come.  

3rd Annual Rummage Sale

This event usually held in April.  We collect donations from family, friends, co-workers, etc. and then sell them on the gallery level at Columbus East H.S.  Adult and student help is needed for set up Friday night and the sale on Saturday.  Hours worked will be applied towards your volunteer hours.  More information to come.  

ONGOING FUNDRAISERS

    • RaiseRight:  easy way for everyone in your life to raise money for your choir student.  This company sells gift cards and offers rebates.  Rebate amounts vary by brand.  Go to raiseright.com or download the RaiseRight app.  The Columbus East Choral Parents Enrollment Code is: D34CC96A65L12. Money raised can be directly applied to your student’s 2024 New York trip or the general fund*. 
    • Business Sponsorships: Do you work at or are you a patron of a local business that would like to sponsor our choir program for a tax deductible donation? See “Expectations of all CE Choir Students and Parents/Guardians” for more information
    • Dine to Donates: These are held at different restaurant locations throughout the years.  Watch your email for information on when and where we will be fundraising.  Money raised will be split between travelers on the spring break 2024 New York trip.  
    • United Way:  Columbus East Choral Parents are a United Way member.  You can specify your donations to United Way to be given to the Columbus East Choral Parents.  This can done individually or if your company does a United Way fund drive, you can specify on the form that you want your donations to be directed to the Columbus East Choral Parents, Inc.
    • Kroger Community Rewards: If you shop at Kroger and have a Kroger Plus Card, you can link your account to the Columbus East Choral Parents and the boosters will receive a percentage of your purchases on a quarterly basis.  These funds go to the Boosters.  To link your account:
